They're what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about. And no, you don't have to be "advanced" to take it - it's designed so you can go strait into it after the PADI Open Water Diver course. The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortalbe in the water. This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI instructor. This course builds on what you've learned and developes new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving.
This course allows you to try lots of different specialties with the security of an instructor at your side. That way you can see where your passion for diving lies, wether it be using your search and recovery skills learned to locate and safely bring an object to the surface. Or, explore our beautiful wrecks in the gulf of mexico!
You’ll hone your skills by completing five adventure dives that introduce you to:
Underwater Navigation
Deep Diving (typically anywhere from 18-30 metres / 60-100 feet)
And three more Adventure Dives of your choice, or your instructor can help you choose!

Each Adventure Dive in the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course may credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver course.
The PADI Advanced Open Water course is $250 without gear and $300 using our rental gear. The course takes 2 days to complete and requires 5 specialtie dives, deep, navigation, and three more of your choosing. PADI Enriched Air Nitrox
$150 per person without dive
$225 per person with 2 dives and gas
The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI’s most popular specialty scuba diving course, and it’s easy to see why. Scuba diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no decompression dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives. Increase your bottom times and give yourself an added margin of safety with the PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course. In some cases your bottom times could DOUBLE!
By increasing the oxygen in your air supply, you can really add some much wanted bottom time. You’ll learn how to manage risk, analyze your gas and plan safe dives. the course can be completed is as little as half a day. PADI Rescue Diver
$325 per person
“Challenging” and “rewarding” best describe the PADI Rescue Diver course. Building upon what you’ve already learned, this course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur.
Rescue is by far one of the best confidence building courses you can take. In this course you not only expand on your own self-rescue abilities but you learn how to recognize problems and stop them before they become threatening. Rescue Divers also learn in-water rescue breathing and egress of divers. Emergency First Responder CPR (or equivalent) in the past 2 years is a prerequisite and is always available in conjunction with the Rescue course.
